We sign a 1-year contract with the option to extend on an annual basis.

Based on the type of position and complexity of the search, our average fee is 25% of candidates first year salary.

Payment terms are as follows:

Payment 1 – Due First Day of Employment

Payment 2 – Due after First 30 Days

Payment 3 – Due after First 60 Days

Employee will remain in good standing for a minimum of 90 days. If employee quits or is terminated for cause inside the 90 days period, Expedition Brands will find a suitable replacement or return the fee based on a pro-rata time served basis.
