Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or related field & demonstrated experience in aerospace or defense industry

Proficient in CAD software; CATIA, AutoCAD or SolidWorks & a thorough understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, & design principals

Familiarity with FAA, EASA regulatory requirements, & standards, & AS9100 certifications

experience with structural analysis tools, FEA & CFD software, desired

Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical & attention to detail. Ability to work well independently & as part of a team

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks & meet deliverables, in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Operations, Bus. Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

prior experience in production planning in the aerospace, automotive or medical industry

MS Office and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine

Ability to travel to customer, partner, and supplier facilities in Tijuana, Mexico

Conversational Spanish and APICS cert., a plus

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated sales/BD experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or defense

MS Office and CRM software experience

Strong communication, presentation, analytical, & interpersonal skills. Proven ability to interface with customers and all levels

You Bring:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, contract management, or equivalent combination of education

Experience in an aerospace environment

Direct management experience. Will manage 2-12 sales managers and other department team members

Proven ability to carry out responsibilities according to the organization's policies and applicable laws

Demonstrated ability to interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems

Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

You'll be responsible for managing contracted programs to ensure activities are carried out following established procedures; coordinating interdepartmental functions to minimize delays; meet with team members regularly to review status and plan future actions. Expected to guide and execute programs and coordinate all required tasks and actions to support a globally collaborated environment.
